About Us

CareNetLA is family-owned and family-operated. We are not a franchise, and we are not part of a national chain. We are a family business founded in 2004, more than two decades later the same family still runs the agency day to day. When you call, you are reaching the people who built this company, not a call center.

An RN-Led Approach to Every Care Plan

Every relationship with CareNetLA begins with an in-home assessment led by our clinical team, grounded in Hadas’s background as a Registered Nurse. We look at medical needs, daily routines, personality, and preferences before we ever suggest a caregiver, because a care plan built without that groundwork is only a guess. This assessment is complimentary and carries no obligation. It exists to determine whether we are the right fit for your family, and whether your loved one is the right fit for the caregiver we have in mind.

A Deliberate Caregiver-Matching Process

We do not assign whoever is next in a rotation. Every caregiver placement at CareNetLA, whether for live-in care or hourly care, is a deliberate match built around the specific needs, temperament, and household of the client, not just their care requirements on paper. We are highly selective about who we bring on, and we only place caregivers we would be comfortable having in our own homes, working with our own families. See how we vet and place our caregivers for more on this process.

Discretion, Front and Center

Many of the families we work with value privacy as much as they value quality of care. We understand that inviting a caregiver into your home is a significant decision, and we treat every engagement, from the initial conversation through ongoing care, with the discretion that decision deserves. Our team is trained to work quietly and respectfully within your household, without disrupting its rhythm or drawing attention to itself.

Available When You Need Us

Caregiving does not operate on business hours, and neither do we. CareNetLA maintains a manager on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that emergencies and unforeseen changes in care are met with a real person, not a voicemail.

Three Offices, One Standard of Care

CareNetLA operates from three locations, serving families across the Westside, San Gabriel Valley, and South Bay: our West Hollywood headquarters, our La Canada Flintridge office, and our Rolling Hills Estates office. Wherever you are located, the same standard of clinical oversight, caregiver vetting, and discretion applies.

If you’re exploring in-home care services for yourself or someone you love, contact us to arrange a private, no-obligation assessment.
